On Tuesday 7 March the Junior inter-house squash matches saw the houses face off once again in a quest for glory.
North were the clear cut winners in Pool A with 11 points. Aron Tubman obtained 6 points and Ewan Armstrong 5 points. Monty came second with 7 points and West scored 0 points.
In Pool B all three houses ended on 6 points. Due to scoring order, Churchill placed first, East second and Surrey third. Chris Munro (East) and Scott Parker (Churchill) won both their matches and for Surrey Charlie Sewell and Patrick O’Neill won one.
In the play off for 3rd place Monty won on points with Ed Timpson winning his match for Monty and Chris Munro winning his for East. In the final Aron Tubman (North) won his match 2-0, but in the top match between Ewan Armstrong (North) and Scott Parker (Churchill), Ewan won the first game 11-5, but was 0-10 down in the second before making a marvellous recovery to win 11-10.
