My St John's

What a year it has been at St John’s! The last three terms have seen a complete renovation of the School’s East wing in preparation for our new Lower School, and we are delighted to announce that renovations are complete. Our new Year 7 cohort has been in to view their new space, and feedback has been very positive indeed. There is no doubt that the Lower School is a most exciting development and we look forward to September with great anticipation. Follow @STJLowerSchool for the latest developments.

We are pleased to announce an early drop off breakfast service from the beginning of the Autumn Term. Breakfast will be served in the Dining Hall from 07.45 – 08.05am.

As well as being well connected by train and bus, our School buses operate to and from Southfields, Putney, Wimbledon, Reigate, Woking and Weybridge arriving at 8.15am. Return buses depart at 5.35pm with a Lower School bus service departing at 4.30pm on some routes. The School website has further details of all our transport and bus options.

If you have not yet had the chance to book onto our summer sports club, there are still some spaces left. An opportunity for children to play and perform in a variety of different sports and activities, the club is suitable for children aged 8 – 11 across all ability levels, and runs Monday 18 – Friday 29 July.

This coming Saturday is Speech Day, where we celebrate the richness of life at St John’s. It is wonderful to look back at the academic year and see just how much our boys and girls have achieved, from sport, music and drama to cadets, the Duke of Edinburgh Award and so much more besides.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact the Admissions Department.
