House golf competition

The House golf competition enjoyed temperate weather at Pachesham Golf Club on 7 March.

The format was Texas Scramble played over 10 holes, which proved to be very competitive. The top three boys pairs were only separated by the odd shot. The eventual winners on a count back, Ben Howe (Lower Sixth, East) and Harry Snell (Upper Sixth, East), played particularly well off low handicaps and carded a gross 2 under par. For the girls Lucy Gee (Upper Sixth, Gloucester) played particularly well, striking the ball sweetly and consistently hitting the fairways.

Congratulations to all who took part and thanks to Mr Gale, Mr Davidson and Karl Spurrier (PGA Coach) for organising the event.
